Dave began his career in 1977 at Columbus McKinnon in Abingdon, Virginia at the hoist manufacturing plant. After 20 years, Dave moved to the Damascus, Virginia Facility as a Product Design Engineer Technician and Product Engineering for another 10 years. He finished out his career at CM as the Global Entertainment Product Trainer. Dave has traveled well over a million miles teaching tens of thousands of students on six of the seven continents. Now he is owner of his own business David Carmack Consulting and is co-founder of The Collaborative Artists Network.
